- Land use rezoning application submitted to the City of Calgary in June, 2026
- For three months, our group has voiced our hundreds of concerns about height, mass, traffic, parking, shadowing, and neighbourhood character
- The City finally heard us. Council approved to defer the July 21 Public Hearing until September 21
- We are now in collaborative discussions with the City, the developer, and the applicant to ensure whatever is built on this site addresses our concerns (including the transportation report provided by JCB Engineering Ltd.
